Sculpture Paso por Aqui

Created by artists Charles Mallery and Robert Hymer. The name means "Pass-through here" and it is a tribute to the many groups of people that played roles in Gallup's history. Although it looks like a 30-foot circle from the freeway, it is actually a loop.
