Tanner's Indian Arts
Fourth Generation Southwest Indian Art Dealer, Joe E Tanner has been in the Southwest Indian Art business the entirety of his life. Tanner’s great-grandfather Seth Tanner and grandfather Joe built trading posts throughout the Southwest area and began trading with the Native Americans in the middle 1800s.
Today, along with wife Cynthia and children Jonathan and Emerald, Joe specializes in all-natural gem-quality turquoise, as well as authentic handmade Native American Jewelry, pottery, and hand-woven rugs.
Joe describes his business as the “brokering of art and local commodities”. The focus of Tanner’s Indian Arts is the handling of genuine, authentic, and truly collectible goods.
